We want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns without proof of purchase (receipt or order number) may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us at info@nissidept.com to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@nissidept.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
